Are you authorised to perform repairs on M3 Mobile equipment?
What does 'turnaround' mean?
The turnaround time is the maximum number of days before dispatch, excluding the day of receipt, Saturday, Sunday and Public or Statutory holidays. Turnaround times do not include time in transit to or from the M3 Mobile Repair Centre.
Do you provide tracking details / POD?
Every repair is tracked by our courier, the tracking number will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch.
How much is return shipping?
For billable Ad-hoc repairs the rates are below.
Mainland UK = £15.00+VAT for parcels upto 10kg.
Northern Ireland = £15.00+VAT for parcels upto 10kg.
Ireland = £30.00+VAT for parcels upto 10kg.
If your package weighs more than 10kg then shipping will be calculated.
How fast is the return shipping to Manchester?
All our parcels within the mainland UK are shipped via 24 hour courier.

Do you offer a repair warranty?
If the terminal has been repaired within the manufacturer warranty period, then the terminal will still have the remaining duration of that warranty period.
If the terminal has been repaired using the Billable / AD-HOC repair method then it will hold a 90 day repair warranty.
Should I send the battery with the PDA in for repair?
We only require the battery if the fault with the terminal is power related, for example if the unit will not turn on.
