M3-Mobile Service Plans provide customers with high levels of productivity, device reliability and the best life-cycle maintenance. Service Plans enable customers to extend their coverage and lock in repair costs for the length of the agreement.
Factory/Extended Warranty: Customers who are only interested in factory warranty extensions can extend their products’ factory warranty in yearly increments up to a total of five years.
Flexible Repair Options, Whenever You Need It: In addition to our service plans, M3-Moblie offer billable/ad-hoc repairs (including per-incident or fixed price voucher repairs) to ensure we support every customer’s situation, for example customers who need service for equipment that is not covered by a service plan, or for equipment that is not eligible for service plan coverage
